At Ownspecs, we want you to love what you wear. While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges and store credit under the conditions below:
🔄 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
You may request an exchange in cases of:
- Incorrect item delivered.
- Sizing or fitting issues (for eligible frames).
- Damaged or defective items (must be reported within 48 hours).
- To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@ownspecs.com with your order number, issue details, and photos if needed.
❌ No Returns:
We do not offer returns or refunds once a product is sold.
If your exchange request cannot be fulfilled (e.g., product unavailable), you will receive store credit equal to the amount paid.
Store credit can be used on any future purchase on www.ownspecs.in and is valid for 6 months.
📦 Exchange Process:
Contact us at support@ownspecs.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll confirm eligibility and guide you through the exchange steps.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/tags.
Once received and verified, we’ll dispatch your exchange or issue store credit.
